i wish i was in stockholm this week. i would kill to be at the sthlm fashion week by berns. the biggest swedish fashion names will be displaying their new collections this week. here are a few of my fav pics from the rodebjer show. i love the scarf shirt look. the jacket dress is sharp.
i can't wait to see images from the minimarket, filippa k, dagmar, cheap monday and hunky dory shows later in the week.
my observations. it seems that the masculine look is here to stay. i also saw lots of sharp edge on coats and jackets along with boxy shoulders. hints of color are also sticking around but the brights have been subdued somewhat (like a burnt orange instead of neon.) for men the cuffed short pants look continues to dominate with knit sweaters. and tan shoes reigned the runway at acne jeans- it's a fresh look that will brighten up a dark outfit. we'll see how the week pans out and if any fashion houses dare to be different or these trends are going to stick.
